8 SlicesBread, cubed 3 CupsMilk
2 CupsCheddar Cheese 3/4 Tsp.Dry Mustard
1 lb.Sausage 1 CanCream of Mushroom So
4 Med.Eggs To tasteSalt & Pepper
Place cubed bread in bottom of greased 8¨ x 12¨ casserole dish. Top with cheese. Brown sausage - drain & place on top of cheese. Beat eggs, 2½ cups of milk & mustard. Pour over bread, cheese & sausage. Refrigerate overnight.
Next day dilute soup with 1/2 cup milk & pour over other ingredients. Bake at 300* for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with your favorite seasonal fruit or festive breakfast beverage.
